When ordinary people are faced with extraordinary, supernatural circumstances, those who think quickly and wisely will survive, while others will meet their demises amidst chaos and curses.
A turn-of-the-century American gentleman of leisure and science becomes a time-traveler, only to be grounded in 1982 by Umbrella, an organization that regulates time travel. He opens a private detective agency in Los Angeles along with two unique companions he picked up during his travels into the distant future.
